Are you sure you were a kid (as you indicated) when he infected a girl with
the aids virus?
I a quite familar with the case and there were two girls only who testified
against him for knowingly spreading the virus. He was charged for them two
girls only. While there were others, he was not charged for those because
apparently he did not know himself (from a medical point of view).
And I don't know any girl in the area that Ray was her first
boyfriend......and I think I know them all to be frank.
I certainly am not underestimating the case because it was an act of
indecency with no consideration for the life of others. But having said
that, he did serve 11 years in jail. The justice system taught that was a a
severe punishment for the crime and it serve the complete sentence.
I know a friend of mine from Torbay who had his Mom killed in Torbay Estates
apts. (sir name Gilliham), you must remember that? Well, the ex boyfriend
went there with a guy and blew her head off!!! He got 10 year sentence with
eligible for parole in about 6 years.....so tell me that's fair?
Simply but the Canadian Justice system is a tragic mess, whereby punishment
certainly don't suit the crime. Canadian has the unfair justice system
against victims in the world in my opinion.

One of the girls he MURDERED was a neigbour of mine when I was a kid. I
can still picture her at the bus stop, walking home from the mall with
her shopping bags and playing on her front lawn with her siblings. She
was a beautiful young girl. She was quiet and never got into trouble.
Raymond was the only boyfriend I can ever remember her having. Contrary
to popular belief not all of these girls were sluts. Even if they had
been death should not be a penalty. Everytime I look at her family home
it saddens me to know what that family went through. I can imagine that
if it stirs up such emotion in me I can only imagine the emotional
turmoil it must have caused the victims families. I remember another
girl he infected (SHE IS ALSO DEAD). I remember when AIDS struck her
with full blow. I remember when she went blind and her mother would lead
her around. I remember how thin she was. I remember the predjudice there
was against AIDS victims at the time. I REMEMBER THE PAINFUL DEATH THAT
SHE SUFFERED!!! Please don't tell me that this SON OF A BITCH has paid

This isn't his graduation, Mr. Crane. You do not congratulate someone on
completion of a punishment, Eddie.
Why don't you give us and the families of those girls your view of the
impact of his crimes. I would be interested in your take on it. Do you think
he has paid a sufficient penalty for the deaths of at least 2 people?

you're an idiot
I agree completely. Considering what that guy did and he has
never express a single word of regret or repentance, he should
be clearly identified to prevent him from repeating his crime -
I think a big tatoo on the forehead would be appropriate.
